Thank you for your interest in the Suparise Affiliate Program! We wrote these simple terms in order to define the general rules and aspects of the program: the do's and don'ts, and how commissions and payouts work. They’re also designed to protect you, Suparise and the Suparise customers.

In these Terms, “Affiliate”, “you”, “your” refer to you (the applicant). “we”, “us” or “Suparise” refer to Suparise. By applying to the Suparise Affiliate Program you are confirming that you have read the agreement and agree to the terms and conditions.
Some basic info on How the Suparise subscription works. It determines the logic on commissions and payouts for the Affiliate Program.
The Suparise paid plan consists of a monthly subscription. The customer pays every month to maintain their subscription. It is renewed automatically and cancellable anytime by the customer or Suparise. Suparise customers have a 30-day window to request a refund after the date of their subscription payment.
In the event a customer requests a refund for a transaction for which the Affiliate has earned commissions, any commissions earned on the refund amount will be deducted from the Affiliate’s balance.
For a sale to generate a commission to an Affiliate, the referred customer must complete the upgrade to a paid plan on Suparise. Every time a referred customer signs up for Suparise using an affiliate URL (example: https//suparise.com/?via=affiliatename) and maintains a paid monthly subscription until its term without cancelling or requesting a refund: the commission is considered valid - and due if the minimum payout amount is reached.
The commissions accumulate with recurring payments made by a customer. The commissions are not limited by quantity or duration. The referred customer is linked to the Affiliate indefinitely or until the termination (deletion) of the customer’s account.
Commissions can be viewed on the Affiliate Dashboard.
In order to give enough time to the customer to request a refund, and to our team to process the refund requests, the commissions are payable 45 days after the payment made by a customer.
Commissions are due for payout when the Affiliate balance reaches a minimum amount of USD 25. Commissions are paid out via PayPal.
The Affiliate must issue an invoice mentioning their details and payout amount along with each payout request. We won't be able to settle a payout request until the Affiliate has sent us an invoice for it.
We reserve the right to modify the existing personal discount code of an Affiliate if we consider its diffusion (by you or anyone else) misrepresents the actual promotion of the Affiliate.
Differently put: if we consider the discount code of an Affiliate is too visible or has "leaked" (on coupon directory sites for instance), we reserve the right to cancel the current code and provide a new one.
Self-referrals are not allowed. The Suparise Affiliate Program is not a way to get a discount on your own account.
You may not use your affiliate link in any search engine ads, social network ads, or anything similar that would compete with Suparise's marketing and cause confusion for potential customers.
The Affiliate will never imply that they are acting on behalf of Suparise. The Affiliate will never represent themselves, Suparise or their relationship with Suparise in a false or misleading way.
The Affiliate will not engage in the distribution of an unsolicited bulk email mentioning or referencing Suparise.
Affiliates are permitted to use the Suparise brand and marketing resources available in the Affiliate Kit or Press Kit. Logos cannot be modified. The Affiliate does not gain any trademark, copyright or any other rights to these materials.
Either party has the right to terminate the agreement immediately without prior notice.
If either the Affiliate or Suparise terminates the agreement, the remaining balance will be paid to the affiliate within 60 days of termination. Abuse, gaming, and policy violations will result in having your account terminated and any existing and future commissions forfeited.
We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include, but not limited to changes in the scope of available commissions, commission schedules, payment procedures and Affiliate Program rules.
