Suparise (“Suparise”, “we” or “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy of all users of Suparise. Suparise provides this Privacy Policy to explain how we collect, use, protect and disclose user’s information (“Personal information”) from your use of the Service, located at (“Site”), as well as all related domains (“App”) and and any other service provided by us (altogether, the “Service”). This Privacy Policy also helps you understand your rights and choices regarding your Personal Information. What information do we collect?

Using the Suparise service leads to Suparise having access to or collecting Personal Information about users.

Personal Information you voluntarily provide:

  • When you sign up to Suparise, we collect your email address, IP address.
  • When you connect your Instagram account to Suparise, we ask you to provide your credentials so that the Service can operate. In the case of Suparise connecting to your Instagram profil, we will access some information from Instagram regarding your account, such as: profile picture, display name, username, profile ID, follower list, following list, profile bio, content of your posts and engagement data.
  • When you upgrade or subscribe to a paying plan, the last 4 digits of your credit card information will be stored in order to be recognizable when selecting or changing payment methods. See the section Third-party payment processor to learn more about how Suparise doesn’t store your full credit card information.
  • When communicating with our customer support team, or through any other communications you may send us, we may collect information.

Aggregated Personal Information:

  • When logging into our Service, our servers automatically record information sent by your browser: IP address, browser type, browser version, browser language, timezone, date, OS and location.

All of this Personal Information will not be shared with any third parties, it will only be used by Suparise in order to provide the service you expect.

Third-party payment processor

We use a third party payment processor, Stripe, for all payments. During the processing of payments, Suparise does not and can not either see nor store financial information or card details. Stripe hosts all form inputs containing card data within an iframe served from Stripe’s domain —not ours — so our customers’ card information never touches our servers. All suparise pages are served over HTTPS (HyperText Transfer Protocol Secure) and Suparise uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) for authentication.

How is your Personal Information protected?

Personal Information that you transmit are never disclosed or sold by Suparise to third parties. Your Personal Information is stored on secure servers that belong to us. Our host (OVH) provides a secure location for our servers, but cannot access them.

Unsubscribing or Opt-Out

After signing up to Suparise, you might receive — on the email address you provided to us — communications from Suparise. If you wish to discontinue receiving communications please click on the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of the Suparise email/newsletters or contact our support team.
