In the world of social media, engagement is the key to success. Instagram, with its massive user base, offers unparalleled opportunities for businesses to connect with their audience. The platform's emphasis on visual content makes it an ideal space for brands to showcase their products and services creatively. From posts and stories to IGTV and live sessions, Instagram provides a range of tools to foster interaction and build a loyal following.
Reposting on Instagram has become a significant strategy for businesses to maintain a consistent presence and engage with their audience. By sharing user-generated content, businesses can not only fill their content calendar but also build a sense of community and authenticity. Reposting allows brands to highlight their customers' experiences, creating a bond of trust and loyalty.
Instagram Reels, introduced in 2020, has quickly gained popularity among users and brands alike. This feature allows users to create 15 to 30-second multi-clip videos with audio, effects, and new creative tools. Reels appear in the Explore section, making it easier for users to discover new content and accounts. For businesses, this means an opportunity to reach a broader audience and gain more followers.
Creating Instagram Reels provides an excellent opportunity for brands to enhance their online presence. Here’s how:
Reels help brands to showcase their products or services in a visually engaging manner. A quick demo or tutorial can effectively communicate the value of your offering. For instance, a fashion brand can create a Reel featuring different ways to style a product, while a restaurant can share a short video of a signature dish being prepared.
Featuring user-generated content within your Reels can build trust and credibility. Encourage your customers to share their experiences with your products and tag your brand. Reposting this content as Reels not only acknowledges your customers but also provides authentic testimonials for potential followers.
Reels provide a platform to showcase your brand’s personality and culture. Whether it’s a fun team activity, a day in the life at your office, or a humorous take on industry trends, Reels can humanize your brand and make it more relatable.
Persisting with trending content can significantly boost your visibility. Use a trending Reels maker to stay updated with the latest trends and incorporate them into your content strategy. Engaging in challenges or using popular music can increase the likelihood of your Reels being featured in the Explore section.
To maximize the impact of your Instagram Reels, follow these tips:
The optimum length for Reels is around 15-20 seconds. Ensure that your message is clear and concise to maintain viewer interest. Use the first few seconds to grab your attention and deliver your key message.
High-quality visuals are crucial for engaging your audience. Use bright colors, interesting angles, and smooth transitions to make your Reels visually appealing. Try a variety of filters and effects to improve the appearance overall.
Music and effects can make your Reels more dynamic and entertaining. Choose music that complements your content and adds to the overall mood. Instagram offers a library of licensed music, so you can find the perfect track for your Reel.
Urge your audience to act upon viewing your reel. Whether it’s following your account, visiting your website, or purchasing a product, a clear call-to-action can drive engagement and conversions.
Utilize Instagram's insights to track the effectiveness of your reels. Look to give attention to metrics such as views, likes, comments, and shares to understand what resonates with your audience. Use this data to refine your content strategy and create Reels that are more likely to succeed.
Instagram Reels have grown to be an essential tool for companies trying to grow their following and improve engagement. By leveraging the unique features of Reels and incorporating them into your content strategy, you can reach a broader audience, showcase your brand’s personality, and drive more interactions. Remember to use an Instagram Reels maker to create high-quality content that stands out. Stay updated with trends using a trending Reels maker to ensure your content remains relevant and engaging. Embrace the power of Reels and watch your Instagram presence grow.

Instagram holds the position of being one of the leading social media platforms, with more than 2.4 billion active users in 2024. From exciting filters to sharing relatable posts and reels with your friends, it is a fast and effective way of socializing with your friends and family.
However, due to this heavy flow of thousands of photos, videos, reels, and posts uploaded daily on Instagram, the need for a reverse image search on Instagram is rising.
Whether you are in search of your long-lost friend and their image is your last support, want to find the original source of a popular picture, or even confirm the facts or figures from a post, the reverse image search is your ultimate solution.
In today’s discussion, we will highlight the basic idea of reverse image search on Instagram, its applications and methods for performing it quickly and effectively. So, let’s dig in…
Reverse image search, also known as reverse image lookup, is a content-based image retrieval query technique that helps users determine an image's real origination and its plagiarized, duplicated, and manipulated versions.
Reverse image search helps by crawling the web pages of different search engines and finding the same or closely similar results from their databases. You can perform reverse image search using many tools available online, providing fast, accurate, and effective outcomes.
To use this technique, you have to upload the image, copy-paste it, mention its keywords, or simply paste the URL into the tool. Within a few minutes, you can view your results of similar images across the internet.
The reverse image search for Instagram pictures can be primarily used for the following applications:
Reverse image search uses visual recognition software to help us correctly identify or locate unknown people, places, or things in Instagram photos as it finds and shows similar results in photos.
To protect your original Instagram images from plagiarism and illegal usage across the internet, you can run a reverse image search to track if any other blogger, photographer, or user is using your images online without your permission.
Reverse image search is a great tool for checking the authenticity and validation of an image, or facts and figures associated with it. With this technology, you can find misprinted or misinformed posts from the web and verify the images.
From determining the original owner or upload of the Instagram images to finding high-resolution photos, it can help you locate the real and legal source and understand the full context of the photos.
It can assist you in finding relevant web pages, publications, articles, blogs, images, and contributors about the images. Whether you want to research more about the topic or find its author, the reverse image search can help you get the best results.
The following are the best 3 reverse image search tools for finding relevant visuals, webpages, links, and other forms of content about people, places, or objects.
With a database of more than 50 billion images, Tineye is a leading reverse image search tool that finds photos not only from the Internet but also from pictures published in books, newspapers, and magazines.
Moreover, Tineye enables its users to search images based on year, for example, you can search photos related to a specific keyword or object uploaded before 2013. The users can also compare multiple photos for their color, highlights, saturation hues, design, and other factors.
It is a widely famous reverse image search tool, with billions of images across the Internet and thousands of active users.
Google Images enables users to search for images based on their size, color, design, concept, usage rights, and publishing dates. Additionally, it can be used for an extensive variety of applications, from finding related web links to similar clipart.
Also, if you can’t find the right image or are looking for a more detailed outcome, you can search the photo using relevant keywords.
Foto Forensics is another top reverse image search tool specializing in finding manipulated photos based on resizing, cloning, changing colors, and other editing features.
It is a powerful tool for validating the images' source and determining their authenticity and originality. In addition, it takes detailed analysis of the photos and provides extensive information like the settings for taking the picture and camera details.
The Foto Forensics also provides additional tools like the ELA tool to show the areas of potential editing, a Metadata tool for extracting EXIF data, and a comparison tool for determining the differences between images.
Bing Image Search is a great online tool by Microsoft. It helps users find images based on the publishing date, year, color, texture, size, license, and other criteria. It also enables the users to find images of similar patterns or styles, which is useful for finding similar paintings, clip art, or textured images.
It is completely free and also allows you to compare different pictures to accurately evaluate the differences between the images.
To find images, you have to either copy-paste, drag and drop, or paste the Instagram picture’s URL. You can also find images by using relevant keywords that define your image’s subject and main theme.
Yandex Image Search is our last tool, quite popular for its large collection of images from social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and more.
Whether you want to find the original source of an image or finding a high-quality version of a low-resolution picture, Yandex Image Search can be your quick, simple, and perfect solution.
To get the best relevant and similar results, you can either draw a shape around the subject in the image or crop it down, allowing the tool to focus on the primary subject only.
Lastly, it allows comparing, sharing, editing, cropping, and other features for Instagram images to its users.
The concept of reverse image search of Instagram pictures is quite significant, especially in this era of billions of active users of this popular platform. From finding the real sources and owners of the photos to diving deeper into its context, this technology assures accuracy, reliability, and efficiency.
]]>Chatting with friends on Instagram is a lot of fun. Sometimes, your friends can come up with witty jokes and gain all the attention of the group chat. However, there’s one way that you can surprise them and be in the spotlight.
Imagine you are sending empty messages, and your friends are dying of curiosity! Is it an encrypted message? Does it say something bad about me? They will keep their head scratching but won’t be able to figure out what is happening!
That’s why we came up with this post. It will show how you can create and add invisible characters to your Instagram chat. It is an easy step-by-step guide for you to follow. So, sit back, relax, and enjoy the party!
- - - - - - - - - -
The first step to adding trickery to your IG chats is to learn how to create invisible characters. For your convenience, we have come up with 2 methods that you can easily follow along.
The Unicode websites generate invisible characters using the Unicode character sets built into them. Here’s how you can do it:
Step 1: Choose an appropriate website
There are thousands of Unicode generators online that you can find. However, we recommend using the ones that pop up on the first page of your search. Chances are that the top-ranking sites are authentic and accurate for our task.
In our case, a Google search with the keyword “Unicode” randomly turned up a site called “Symbl. cc” Here’s the general outlook of the website:
Step 2: Search for the right character set
Getting invisible text requires you to copy the right character set. When you reach the home page of our mentioned site, search and find “Zero Width Space”
The interface should look like:
Click the black search button and see the options. Choose the one that is shown in the figure below:
Step 3: Copy your result
Finally, hover your mouse over our selected character set and click on the ‘copy’ button:
Now, you are ready to use your invisible text in your Instagram chats.

Another method to create invisible characters is to use the empty-text generators. They function the same way as the Unicode generators. However, they may add some more functionality features over the traditional Unicode sites.
For our work example, we searched “empty text generator” and found a random tool. This is its outlook:
Here, we have three main boxes in the tool, let’s discuss them one by one.
This method is very easy to use. Simply click on the ‘Copy to clipboard’ button, and the tool will automatically copy the invisible characters for you.
If method 1 fails on your device/browser, then you can try using method 2. Simply hover your mouse over the designated area (yellow arrow) and double-left-click to select it.
Here’s what the selected text looks like:
Then, press ‘Ctrl + C’ to copy the invisible characters to your clipboard.
Before pasting your content anywhere, make sure to check it first. To do so, use the ‘test it’ box provided by the empty-text generator as an added feature.
Simply approach the box and press ‘Ctrl + V.’ Here’s how the resulting window would look like:
As evident from the above image, the ‘Test it’ feature is showing the character count as ‘1’, yet there’s nothing we can see.
This proves that our copied character is indeed invisible, and we are ready to use it for our IG chats.

The first step to add the invisible text to an Instagram chat is to sign in to your account and go to Instagram’s DM options in the top-left corner. Then, select the chat you wish to annoy with your invisible messages.
After selecting the appropriate chat, tap and select the ‘paste’ option to put in the invisible characters. Finally, press the ‘send’ button to wreak havoc!
Here’s how the message would look like after being sent:
As you can see the pasted message is completely invisible and the receiving person has no clue about this situation!
Plus, you can send these messages multiple times in a row and experiment further according to your convenience.

In this post, we saw how you can create and add invisible characters to your Instagram chats. You can play around with this thing to confuse your friends and have some fun in your group chats!
That’s it for today! We hope you enjoyed going through our content!
]]>In the sprawling realm of social media, Instagram reigns as one of the most prominent platforms for sharing our lives, dreams, and aspirations. It's the virtual canvas where we paint the tapestry of our lives, curating each post meticulously, whether it's for a close-knit circle of friends and family or the watchful eyes of a global audience. Yet, as we navigate this world of pixelated perfection, we often encounter a vexing question: "How do I delete an Instagram post?"
Instagram, the stage where we showcase our lives' highlights, is also a potent tool for brand promotion, social activism, and fostering communities. Its allure has transformed it into a content platform of exquisite curation. Every post, from the angle of a selfie to the choice of filter, must be flawless to stand out among the countless users. But what do you do when a post doesn't measure up? Or when it becomes irrelevant? Or, even worse, when it's inaccurate? In this comprehensive guide, we'll explore the intricacies of Instagram post deletion, including the "why," "how," and what you need to know to make informed decisions.
Table of Contents
Effective Instagram post management is the backbone of a successful online presence. It goes beyond content curation; it's the art of crafting a compelling digital narrative. In a digital world flooded with content, managing your Instagram posts ensures that your profile conveys a coherent story. Each post represents a brushstroke on the canvas of your online persona, creating a lasting impression on your followers. But what makes post management so vital, and how does it impact personal branding, engagement, and long-term success on the platform?
Your Instagram profile is your digital identity, and consistency is the key to shaping an identity that resonates with your audience. Effective post management allows you to align your content with your personal or brand message, creating a cohesive and recognizable online identity. When followers visit your profile, they should be able to identify your style, values, and interests at a glance. Post management ensures that your content contributes to this unified image, leaving a lasting impression.
Beyond aesthetics, post management empowers you to maintain a strategic approach to your Instagram presence. It's not just about selecting the right filter or hashtag; it's about understanding your audience and crafting content that resonates with them. By regularly assessing your post performance, you can identify trends, preferences, and engagement patterns. This data-driven approach allows you to refine your content strategy continually.
One of the primary benefits of effective post management is the ability to adapt to change. Instagram's algorithm and user trends are constantly evolving. What worked a year ago may not yield the same results today. Post management involves staying updated with the latest changes and adjusting your strategy accordingly. It's about embracing flexibility and being responsive to the ever-shifting landscape of social media.
As your Instagram following grows, so does the need for careful post management. Your audience diversifies, and their interests evolve. What once resonated with a smaller group may not connect with a broader following. Post management enables you to segment your content effectively, catering to the varied interests of your audience. Whether through stories, carousel posts, or short video clips, you can tailor your content to engage different segments of your followers.
Moreover, post management is not limited to your profile grid. It extends to your Instagram Stories, IGTV, and Reels. These features offer additional avenues to engage with your audience and showcase different aspects of your life or brand. By strategically incorporating these elements into your post management plan, you can diversify your content and cater to various content consumption preferences.
Effective post management is a dynamic process that involves the deliberate act of letting go. Some posts may no longer align with your current narrative, style, or values. Deleting or archiving such posts is not just a cleanup; it's an evolution of your online identity. It's about making space for new stories and experiences while maintaining the integrity of your digital persona.
The engagement on your posts is not just a vanity metric; it's a reflection of how your content resonates with your audience. Post management allows you to analyze engagement patterns and adjust your content strategy accordingly. It's about understanding what type of content generates the most likes, comments, and shares. This insight enables you to create content that's more likely to connect with your audience, ultimately fostering more significant engagement.
Beyond personal profiles, effective post management plays a pivotal role in brand promotion. For businesses and influencers, Instagram serves as a powerful platform to reach and engage with a global audience. Your posts are not just a reflection of your personal identity but also a projection of your brand's image. Strategic post management ensures that your content aligns with your brand message and values, creating a consistent and impactful online presence. It's about using Instagram as a powerful branding tool to connect with your target audience and build brand loyalty.
Instagram is not just about individual posts; it's a vast ecosystem of content. Stories, IGTV, Reels, and collaborations offer additional opportunities to showcase your brand or personal identity. Effective post management involves utilizing these features to diversify your content strategy, keeping your audience engaged and excited.
Understanding the journey of an Instagram post is essential for effective post management. Each post goes through a dynamic lifecycle, from creation to engagement and, finally, to potential retirement. Let's delve into the key stages of this lifecycle, providing insights into the emotions, interactions, and memories encapsulated in each post.
Every Instagram post begins as a moment in your life or a creation that you're eager to share. Whether it's a stunning photograph, a captivating video, or a thought-provoking caption, the birth of a post is a moment of inspiration. It's the excitement of creating something that resonates with you and the potential to connect with your audience.
Once your post is out in the digital world, it embarks on a journey of engagement. Likes, comments, and shares breathe life into your content, forming connections and sparking conversations. This stage is where your audience interprets and interacts with your post, adding their perspectives and emotions to the narrative.
Over time, posts may reach a point where they're no longer relevant or reflective of your current narrative. This could be due to changes in your life, shifting interests, or evolving personal values. Post management involves recognizing when a post no longer aligns with your story and deciding whether it's time to retire it.
The lifecycle of an Instagram post is a dynamic process, and understanding it allows for better post management. It's about embracing the journey of your content, from its creation and engagement to its potential retirement, as you craft a compelling digital narrative.
Deleting an Instagram post is a significant decision in the realm of social media. It's an essential part of post management, allowing you to refine your digital identity and keep your profile aligned with your evolving narrative. In this section, we'll explore how to delete an Instagram post, providing you with a step-by-step guide to navigate the process effectively.
Step-by-Step Guide: How to Delete an Instagram Post
It's important to note that when you delete a post, you will also lose all associated likes and comments. For business accounts, this can impact your overall metrics. If you wish to retain the engagement data but remove a post from your profile, consider archiving it instead. Archived posts are not visible to your followers, but the likes and interactions associated with them are preserved.
Deleting an Instagram post is not just about removal; it's about curating your profile to reflect your evolving narrative and maintaining a cohesive digital identity. It's a powerful tool for post management that allows you to ensure that your online presence remains aligned with your current story.
In some cases, you might decide to start with a clean slate on Instagram, removing all your existing posts to create a fresh digital canvas. Deleting all your Instagram posts is a significant step, and this section will guide you through the process.
Deleting Posts One by One:
One option is to delete your posts individually. This method is straightforward but can be time-consuming, especially if you have a substantial number of posts. To delete a post one by one, follow these steps:
Removing Your Entire Profile:
If you prefer a quicker solution, you can consider removing your entire Instagram profile. This action will not only delete all your posts but also your account. To do this, follow these steps:
Before proceeding with either option, be absolutely certain of your decision, as both actions are irreversible. It's essential to back up any posts or content you wish to retain before initiating the deletion process.
Accidentally deleting an Instagram post can be a distressing experience, but the good news is that there are ways to recover your deleted content. This section will guide you through the process of retrieving your deleted posts on Instagram.
Using the Recently Deleted Folder:
Instagram has introduced a "Recently Deleted" folder that acts as a safeguard against permanent post deletion. Here's how to recover your posts using this feature:
Note: Posts in the "Recently Deleted" folder are automatically deleted after 30 days. If you don't recover them within this time frame, they will be permanently removed.
Restoring Archived Posts:
If you've archived a post instead of deleting it, you can also recover it easily:
By following these steps, you can recover your accidentally deleted posts or archived content on Instagram. This feature provides a safety net for those occasional mishaps, ensuring you don't lose precious memories or essential content permanently.

Instagram, the social media giant that captures life's moments in vivid imagery, has ignited curiosity among its users. One of the most common questions that Instagram enthusiasts ask is, "Can you see who's viewed your Instagram profile, posts, and stories?"
In this article, we'll explore this intriguing question, delving into the possibilities and limitations that Instagram presents in terms of tracking your profile and content viewers. Let's uncover the truth behind these mysteries while emphasizing the significance of focusing on growth, statistics, and engagement metrics.
The answer to this common inquiry is a straightforward "no." Instagram does not provide a native feature allowing users to see a list of people who have visited their profiles. The platform prioritizes user privacy and anonymity, fostering a safe and enjoyable space for social connection. Although there have been third-party applications and services claiming to unveil this information, they come with substantial privacy risks and may breach Instagram's terms of service.
The response to this question echoes the previous one: you cannot see who views your Instagram video posts. Instagram maintains a uniform policy across its content types, upholding the principles of privacy and user anonymity. As of my last knowledge update in January 2022, the platform does not offer native features to track or reveal the identities of those who have watched your video content. For creating video content, a video maker is more useful.
The use of third-party apps still poses similar risks here. Allowing third-party services access to your account information can compromise your privacy and may result in your account being banned for violating Instagram's terms of service.
Instagram Stories bring a different twist to the story, pun intended. Unlike traditional posts and video content, Instagram Stories provide a feature that allows you to see who has viewed your stories. When you view your own story, you can swipe up to reveal a list of users who have watched your story, along with their usernames.
This feature is designed to foster engagement and interaction, allowing users to acknowledge those actively engaging with their Stories. However, it's important to note that this feature is exclusive to Stories and does not extend to regular posts or video content.
While the allure of uncovering who's viewed your content is undeniable, it's crucial to maintain focus on the broader perspective of your Instagram presence. Rather than fixating on individual viewers, consider monitoring your account's growth, statistics, and engagement metrics. Instagram equips users with tools and insights to track their progress and content performance.
Key metrics like follower count, likes, comments, shares, and reach offer valuable insights into how your content resonates with your audience. These metrics enable you to adapt your content strategy to cater to your audience's preferences and interests.
In conclusion, the quest to identify who's viewed your Instagram content is a common curiosity, but it's imperative to respect Instagram's privacy policies and steer clear of potentially harmful third-party solutions. Instagram does not offer native features for tracking profile or post viewers, with the exception of Instagram Stories.
The key to success on Instagram lies in focusing on your growth, statistics, and engagement metrics. Your Instagram journey should revolve around building a community, nurturing relationships, creating captivating content, and leveraging Instagram's official tools and insights to gauge your progress.
For those seeking to enhance their Instagram growth, it's worth exploring legitimate services like Suparise, an Instagram automation bot designed to help you gain more followers and bolster your online presence. While exploring such services, it's vital to conduct thorough research and choose those that comply with Instagram's policies and prioritize organic and ethical growth practices.

Instagram offers various methods for reposting content, each with its own advantages and limitations. Understanding these methods can help users choose the one that best aligns with their preferences and objectives:
Ethical reposting on Instagram is not only a legal responsibility but also a way to cultivate positive relationships within the community. By respecting content ownership, seeking permission, giving proper credit, and using third-party apps ethically, you can engage in reposting while supporting the work of fellow creators. Embrace these best practices to build a reputation as an ethical and respectful member of the Instagram community, where creativity and collaboration flourish.
To ensure a positive experience for both creators and reposters, here are some best practices for ethical reposting on Instagram:
1. Understand Copyright and Content Ownership:Before reposting any content, it's essential to have a clear understanding of copyright laws and content ownership. Respect the intellectual property rights of creators by ensuring that you have permission to share their work. Be aware that reposting copyrighted material without proper authorization can lead to legal consequences.
2. Seek Permission for Reposting:Whenever possible, seek explicit permission from the content creator before reposting their work. This can be done through direct messaging or leaving a comment on the original post, expressing your admiration for their content and requesting permission to repost it. Remember that some creators may have specific guidelines for reposting, such as asking for credit or limiting the use of their work to non-commercial purposes.
3. Give Proper Credit:Always credit the original content creator when reposting on Instagram. Include the creator's username in your caption or on the image itself, making it clear to your followers that the content is not yours. Tagging the creator in the caption or photo can also help increase visibility for their profile and show your appreciation for their work.
4. Avoid Editing or Altering Content:Respect the integrity of the original content by refraining from editing or altering it without the creator's consent. Changing the original content without permission can be seen as disrespectful and may compromise the creator's artistic vision.
5. Use Third-Party Apps Ethically:If you choose to use third-party apps to repost content, make sure to use them ethically. Some apps may not properly credit the original creators, so double-check that the app you're using includes proper attribution. Additionally, be cautious of apps that violate Instagram's terms of service, as this could lead to penalties or the suspension of your account.
6. Avoid Reposting Private Accounts:Refrain from reposting content from private accounts without permission. Private accounts have restricted access for a reason, and reposting their content without consent violates their privacy.
7. Respect Creative Commons Licenses:Some creators may use Creative Commons licenses to allow others to share their work under specific conditions. If you encounter content with such licenses, ensure you comply with the terms and conditions set by the creator.
8. Don't Overdo Reposting:While reposting can be a valuable part of your Instagram strategy, be mindful not to overdo it. Strive for a balanced mix of original content and reposts to maintain your unique voice and brand identity.
Mastering the art of reposting is not solely about resharing content; it is also about curating a feed that aligns with your brand, interests, and the preferences of your audience. When selecting content to repost, prioritize quality over quantity. Look for images or videos that evoke emotions, tell compelling stories, or inspire your audience.
Here are some tips for identifying the best content for reposting:
Reposting isn't just about sharing content; it's also an opportunity to build relationships and connections within the Instagram community. When you repost someone's content, be sure to credit and tag the original creator in your caption or on the image. This simple act of acknowledgement fosters goodwill and shows respect for the content creator.
Moreover, engaging with the creators whose content you repost can lead to meaningful interactions and potential collaborations. Leave thoughtful comments on their posts, express your admiration for their work, and foster a sense of camaraderie within your niche.
Timing is crucial on Instagram, and reposting is no exception. Observe the peak hours of your audience's activity and schedule reposts accordingly. Posting at the right time increases the visibility of your reposted content and enhances its chances of attracting engagement.
While reposting can be an effective growth strategy, striking a balance between original content and reposts is essential. Over-reliance on reposting may dilute your unique voice and brand identity. Aim to intersperse reposted content with your original creations to maintain authenticity and keep your feed fresh.
As you implement reposting for audience growth, it's crucial to track its impact on your profile. Use Instagram analytics tools to monitor engagement metrics such as likes, comments, shares, and new followers gained through reposted content. This data provides valuable insights into the effectiveness of your reposting strategy and allows you to refine your approach accordingly.
⚠️ This only works with a video recording
If you want to repost reels without screen recording, you'll need to use third-party apps specialized in Reposting.
⚠️ This only works for Stories you're tagged in
If you want to repost stories you aren't tagged in, you'll need to use third-party apps specialized in Reposting.
⚠️ Remember to credit, mention or tag the original author
Reposting on Instagram is an essential aspect of community building, engagement, and content curation. By sharing remarkable content created by others, users can foster connections, exhibit appreciation for fellow creators, and maintain an engaging and diverse profile. Understanding the various reposting methods allows users to make informed decisions and tailor their approach to match their goals and preferences. With the power of reposting at their disposal, Instagram users can embrace the platform as a space where creativity is celebrated, and connections are nurtured through the shared experience of captivating content.

In the ever-evolving landscape of social media, Instagram Stories have emerged as a powerful tool for connecting with your audience on a personal level. With their ephemeral nature and interactive features, Instagram Stories offer a unique opportunity to engage your followers and build meaningful relationships. In this comprehensive guide, we will explore nine effective strategies to captivate your audience through Instagram Stories. From inviting participation to showcasing behind-the-scenes moments, we'll cover everything you need to know to master the art of storytelling on this popular platform.
At the heart of successful Instagram Stories lies audience engagement. You want your followers to feel like an integral part of your brand's journey. One of the best ways to achieve this is by inviting them to participate actively in your Stories.
Leverage Instagram's interactive features such as polls, quizzes, and question stickers to gather feedback, opinions, and preferences from your audience. By asking compelling questions and seeking their input, you not only involve your followers but also make them feel valued and heard.
Additionally, consider hosting contests, giveaways, or challenges. Encourage your followers to take part in these activities, offering enticing rewards or the chance to be featured on your page. This not only boosts engagement but also fosters a sense of community and loyalty among your audience.
While Instagram is a powerful platform in its own right, it's essential to expand your reach beyond its boundaries. Use Instagram Stories to promote your other social media channels, blog, website, or YouTube channel. Take advantage of the swipe-up feature (available for accounts with over 10k followers) to direct your audience to external content.
Cross-promotion not only increases your brand's visibility but also allows you to connect with followers who prefer different platforms. Collaborate with other influencers or brands to create mutually beneficial content, introducing your followers to new experiences while gaining exposure to a broader audience.
Instagram Stories have a fleeting lifespan of 24 hours, which makes it crucial to make the most of your content. Enter Highlights, a feature that lets you showcase your best-performing Stories on your profile permanently.
Create themed collections of your top Stories, such as product launches, tutorials, or event coverage. Highlights serve as your brand's curated showcase, giving new visitors a glimpse of your most engaging and valuable content. Regularly update your Highlights to keep your profile fresh and showcase your latest achievements.
Instagram Stories offer an excellent opportunity to treat your audience to exclusive and extra content that doesn't make it to your regular posts. Consider Stories as the backstage pass to your brand's world, where followers get behind-the-scenes glimpses, sneak peeks, and more.
Unveil upcoming products or projects through Stories to build anticipation and excitement among your followers. Share your team's day-to-day activities, workspace, or even bloopers - humanizing your brand and forging authentic connections.
By providing exclusive content on Stories, you create a sense of exclusivity for your audience, encouraging them to keep an eye out for more special treats.
Authenticity and transparency are the cornerstones of meaningful engagement on social media. Instagram Stories are a prime avenue to showcase the human side of your brand by offering glimpses behind the scenes.
Whether you're preparing for an event, collaborating with partners, or brainstorming new ideas, take your followers along for the ride. Documenting your brand's journey not only keeps your audience engaged but also builds trust and loyalty.
The informal and spontaneous nature of Stories allows you to share moments as they happen, bringing your followers closer to your brand's personality and culture.
In a sea of content, it's crucial to create visually stunning Stories that grab attention and leave a lasting impact. Instagram is a highly visual platform, and aesthetics play a significant role in captivating your audience.
Use high-quality images and videos to craft Stories that are visually appealing and consistent with your brand's overall style. Experiment with colors, fonts, and design elements that reflect your brand identity.
Incorporate eye-catching graphics, animations, and engaging stickers to add a touch of creativity and fun to your Stories. Take advantage of Instagram's in-app editing tools to enhance your visuals and make them pop.
Remember, striking visuals not only draw viewers in but also encourage them to engage with your content and share it with others.
Creating Instagram Stories without a plan is like sailing without a map. To ensure your Stories have a cohesive narrative, it's essential to make a storyboard before you hit that 'Share' button.
A storyboard is a visual outline that maps out the sequence of images, videos, and text you'll use in your Stories. It's like planning the plot for an exciting story - each frame should build upon the previous one, keeping your audience hooked until the grand finale.
Consider the beginning, middle, and end of your Story. Make each frame complement the next, ensuring a smooth and engaging flow. By crafting a storyboard, you can refine your content, eliminate unnecessary distractions, and deliver a captivating storytelling experience.
Engagement is a two-way street, and fostering conversation is key to building strong connections with your audience. Use your Instagram Stories as conversation starters by asking thought-provoking questions or encouraging followers to share their opinions and experiences.
Reply promptly to messages, comments, and direct interactions with authenticity and warmth. Show appreciation for their feedback and make them feel heard and valued.
Keep an eye on your analytics to identify which Stories garnered the most engagement and use that insight to tailor your future content. By sparking meaningful conversations, you not only strengthen your bond with your followers but also gain valuable insights into their needs and preferences.
Last but certainly not least, remember to have fun and enjoy the process! Your passion and enthusiasm will shine through in your content, creating a magnetic pull for your audience.
Instagram Stories are all about being in the moment and sharing authentic experiences with your followers. Embrace spontaneity, be yourself, and let your personality shine. Show the human side of your brand, and your audience will appreciate the genuine connection.
When you genuinely enjoy what you're doing, it resonates with your followers and keeps them coming back for more. So, get out there, tell your story with zest, and watch your engagement soar.
You've now got a comprehensive guide to captivating your audience through Instagram Stories. From inviting participation and showcasing behind-the-scenes moments to sparking conversations and having a blast, these nine strategies will help you create compelling and engaging content that leaves a lasting impact on your followers.
As you embark on your storytelling journey, remember to be authentic, experiment with visuals, and enjoy every step of the way. Whether you're a brand, influencer, or individual, mastering the art of Instagram Stories will undoubtedly take your engagement and connection with your audience to new heights. So, get out there, craft your stories, and watch your followers become your loyal fans and advocates.
Happy storytelling! 🎉

In the vast digital universe of social media, Instagram has emerged as a shimmering star, captivating billions of users and brands alike. With its visually immersive platform, Instagram has become an integral part of our lives, revolutionizing the way we connect, share, and inspire. However, as the Instagram landscape evolves, so does the challenge of standing out amidst the ever-growing sea of content. Fear not! In this article, we'll explore up-to-date and organic strategies to drastically boost your Instagram engagement in 2023.
In an era of filters and carefully curated aesthetics, it's time to break free from the mold. Instagram users are craving genuine experiences and connections. Embrace your quirks, showcase your true self, and let your personality shine. Captivate your audience by weaving authentic stories into your posts. Engage with your followers through genuine conversations in the comments section, transforming your profile into a hub of real interactions.
In 2023, it's crucial to embrace your role as a digital citizen and acknowledge the world around you. The power of Instagram lies not only in stunning visuals but also in the potential to initiate meaningful conversations. Stay informed about current events and share your thoughts, opinions, and concerns. By joining the dialogue, you'll attract like-minded individuals who appreciate your perspective and deepen the engagement on your profile.
Move aside, mega-influencers! In 2023, the era of relatability has arrived. Users are growing weary of polished, unattainable lifestyles, and are instead seeking inspiration from authentic individuals who align with their values. Micro-influencers, with their smaller but highly engaged followings, wield an incredible power to influence purchasing decisions and drive engagement. Collaborate with micro-influencers whose niche aligns with your brand or interests, fostering genuine partnerships that captivate your audience and boost engagement.
In 2023, videos are the Instagram kings and queens, ruling over the land of engagement. Instagram's emphasis on Reels, IGTV, and Stories provides an unparalleled opportunity to captivate and connect with your audience in dynamic and immersive ways. Share engaging, informative, or entertaining video content to breathe life into your profile. From quick tutorials and behind-the-scenes peeks to captivating storytelling, video content will elevate your engagement game to new heights.
Believe it or not, you don't need fancy cameras to achieve professional-level videos. Your phone can be your secret weapon in capturing stunning content that will dazzle your audience.Start by unlocking the potential of your phone's video capabilities. Today's smartphones boast impressive features, including 4K resolution and advanced low-light performance. With the right techniques and creativity, you can achieve breathtaking results that rival professional cameras.
Remember, the true magic lies in your creativity and storytelling. Master the art of composition, experiment with angles, and edit your footage to perfection using user-friendly editing apps.
Tap, swipe, poll, and question your way to higher engagement! Instagram Stories are no longer just passive glimpses into our lives; they have transformed into interactive canvases that beckon users to participate. Utilize the myriad of interactive features, such as polls, quizzes, and question stickers, to actively involve your audience. By transforming your stories into captivating experiences, you'll create a sense of community and drive engagement through the roof. Although be careful, interactive content can get repetitive, too focused on entertainement and can make you go off-track. It's all about mixing different types of posts to keep it original and interesting.
In the spirit of friendly competition, collaborative challenges and hashtag campaigns have become the lifeblood of Instagram engagement. From dance crazes to artistic endeavors, these challenges unite users across the platform and ignite a sense of camaraderie. Collaborate with like-minded creators or brands to launch your own challenge, encouraging users to participate, share their creations, and tag your account. Through these campaigns, you'll not only expand your reach but also foster a vibrant community centered around your brand or activity.
User-generated content (UGC) has taken the Instagram world by storm, empowering brands and individuals to leverage the creativity of their audience. Encourage your followers to create and share content related to your brand or niche. Showcase their work on your profile and give credit where it's due. UGC not only provides fresh and diverse content but also creates a sense of ownership and engagement within your community.
When you embrace user-generated content, you're essentially handing the microphone to your audience. You're saying, "Hey, you've got something amazing to share, and we want the world to see it!" By encouraging your followers to create and share content related to your brand, you create a vibrant ecosystem of ideas, experiences, and perspectives.
Give credit where it's due. Showcase their brilliant contributions and let them take center stage. By featuring their content, you build trust, foster a sense of community, and show that you value their creativity.
Timing is everything in the fast-paced world of Instagram. To maximize your engagement, it's essential to understand when your audience is most active and receptive. While there are general guidelines, the best time to post can vary depending on your specific niche and target audience. Use Instagram's analytics tools or third-party applications to analyze your followers' activity patterns. Experiment with different posting times and days of the week to identify the sweet spot when your content receives the most likes, comments, and shares. By strategically scheduling your posts, you'll ensure that your content reaches its maximum potential engagement, boosting your visibility and creating a ripple effect of interaction.
Emojis are now a universal language, transcending barriers and adding personality to your posts. Infuse your captions and comments with relevant emojis to convey emotions, enhance your message, and spark engagement. Use them sparingly and strategically to maintain a balance between fun and professionalism. Don't become this self-congratulating LinkedIn poster who puts an emoji at the end of each line.
Instagram Guides allow you to curate content around specific themes or topics. Create guides that provide value, information, or inspiration to your audience. By organizing content in a meaningful way, you become a go-to resource, encouraging followers to engage, save, and share your curated guides.
As Instagram continues to evolve in 2023, the key to increasing engagement lies in embracing authenticity, sparking conversations, and leveraging interactive and immersive content formats.
These 11 tips are probably not all 100% matching your account type of activity type, but the general idea is the this: break free from convention, experiment with new approaches, and let your Instagram profile become a captivating hub of connection and inspiration. Remember, engagement is not just about the numbers; it's about forging meaningful relationships and leaving a lasting impact in the hearts and minds of your followers. So, go forth, Instagrammers, and revolutionize the way you engage in the vibrant realm of Instagram!

Social media is an integral part of our digital age, and Instagram stands as one of the most popular platforms with billions of active users. Having a large following on Instagram is beneficial for businesses, influencers, and photo enthusiasts. However, standing out and gaining more followers or likes can be challenging. As you may have noticed, there's a fierce competition out there.
Auto liker tools come to the rescue by automating likes, catching the attention, and boosting visibility and engagement. In this article, we'll explore how these tools work, their benefits, and how to use them effectively on Instagram.
Are you ready to level up your Instagram game? Keep reading!
Auto liker tools leverage Instagram's desktop & mobile application to automate the liking action of the platform. By granting permission to access your Instagram account, these tools pilot your account to carry out these actions based on your specified criteria such as hashtag and username targeting.
The process is very straightforward: you define the targeting criterias that you need for your activity, and the tool takes care of the rest. The bot will engage with other users by liking their posts which enhances your visibility on Instagram, leading to a potential increase in followers and likes. When you interact with others, they are more likely to notice your account and reciprocate likes and a follow.
Haven't you ever checked some random person's account after they've interacted with you?
It is important to understand that IG Autolike tools are not infallible. Instagram maintains strict regulations regarding automation and may penalize accounts that employ badly built bots. While auto liker tools can be valuable for your Instagram marketing efforts, it is crucial that don't use bots that can be harmful for your profile. Beware of automation softwares that are promising you very high growth figures or "Booster" modes.
The Instagram Auto Liker from Suparise automatically likes the posts of relevant and targeted Instagram profiles on your behalf. As the tool works on auto-pilot, all you need to do is to define your targeting (hashtag targeting, username targeting and location targeting). The 7-day free Auto Liker will work on its own day after day and make you gain followers doing nothing.
Even though Auto Liker doesn't require you to spend time on liking posts manually, you must not neglect the other aspects of your Instagram marketing strategy. You'll have more free time to focus on what matters most:
Including Auto Liker in your Instagram marketing strategy can be highly beneficial and make you avoid spending days on Instagram trying to attract users to your profile.

Instagram has become one of the most powerful social media platforms. It has over 1 billion active monthly users, making it an excellent tool for businesses, influencers, and individuals looking to grow their brand or personal followers base. However, with so many users on the platform, it is definitely challenging to stand out and build a substantial followers base.
Here are ten expert tips for growing your Instagram followers:
Optimizing your Instagram profile is crucial for attracting new followers and building a strong online presence.
Choose a clear and professional profile picture (or a logo, make sure it's recognizable when it's small on a Feed view), write a concise and engaging bio that accurately describes your brand or personal image, and include a link to your website or blog. You may also use social media reference landing page services that allow you to create a landing page with clickable buttons that direct visitors to different URLs.
Make sure you have a few stories always visible on your profile. New visitors will have a quick look at those to understand who you are and what your profile is about.
Use relevant keywords throughout your profile (we'll speak about that later in the article), categorize your profile, and choose a cohesive color scheme and aesthetic. Regularly update your profile with new content, including high-quality photos and engaging captions.
To attract and retain followers, you need to post high-quality content consistently. Invest in creating visually stunning content that aligns with your brand, is engaging, and offers value to your audience.
Choose a cohesive visual aesthetic, plan your content in advance, use high-quality images, edit them to enhance their quality, write engaging captions, and post consistently. You can also hire graphic designers if you don't have internal resources. Remember to stay true to your brand or personal image and adjust your strategy based on your audience's response.
Using both popular and niche hashtags on Instagram can be a great strategy to increase the visibility of your posts and expand your reach.
Popular hashtags have high search volume and can expose your content to a wider audience beyond your followers. Although, as they're broad, your post might get lost in the crowd very quickly.
Niche hashtags are specific and focused hashtags that target a particular audience or topic. They're used to categorize content by a specific theme, industry, or interest, and help people discover and engage with content that is relevant to them. By using them, you can increase the likelihood of your posts being seen by people who are more likely to engage with your content.
By using both popular and niche hashtags, you can ensure that your content is seen by a diverse range of people and attract new followers who are interested in your niche or industry. It can also help you track your performance and gain insight into what works best for your account. You can use Instagram Insights to see which hashtags are generating the most engagement for your posts and adjust your strategy accordingly. This can help you optimize your use of hashtags and increase your reach and engagement even further.
Remember to use relevant and specific hashtags that accurately represent your content and brand, and to regularly monitor your performance to optimize your strategy.
Engage with your audience by responding to comments, liking and commenting on their posts, and actively seeking out new followers. This helps to build relationships and foster a sense of community, which can lead to increased engagement and follower growth. Here are a few ideas:
Running a successful Instagram contest or giveaway involves setting clear goals, choosing an attractive prize, determining the rules and entry requirements, creating a visually appealing post, promoting your contest or giveaway, selecting a winner, and following up with them.
Before starting, identify your objectives. Are you looking to increase engagement, attract new followers, or promote a new product or service? Next, select a prize that is relevant to your brand and appealing to your audience. Decide on the rules, such as how people can enter and what they need to do to qualify. This could include following your account, liking the post, tagging friends in the comments, or sharing the post on their own account.
Create a post that clearly outlines the rules and requirements for the contest or giveaway, and make sure it's visually appealing. Promote the contest or giveaway on your Instagram account, website, and other social media platforms to attract as many participants as possible. Choose a winner based on the rules you set out, and announce the results on your Instagram account and other social media platforms.
Contact the winner directly and arrange to deliver the prize. Follow up with the winner and request their permission to share their information and photos of them with the prize on your Instagram account.
Collaborating with other brands and influencers on Instagram is a great way to expand your reach and engage with a new audience. To get started, you'll need to identify brands and influencers whose values and audience align with your own.
Once you have a list of potential partners, reach out to them with a clear proposal that outlines the benefits of collaborating together (via DM, comment or email — try to look for it on their website or blog if ever they're trying to hide it). Be sure to highlight what the benefits are for both of you — whether it's exposure to new audiences, access to exclusive content or products, or an opportunity to collaborate on a new project.
When creating content for your collaboration, keep in mind that it should be engaging and relevant to both of your audiences. This could include co-branded posts, Instagram stories, or even live streams.
Don't forget to use relevant hashtags and tag each other in your posts to increase visibility and engagement. You may also want to consider offering a discount or special offer to your partner's audience as a way of saying thanks and encouraging them to engage with your brand.
Posting at the right time on Instagram is essential for maximizing your engagement and reach. Your content is most likely to be seen by your audience when they are active on the platform, otherwise it will get lost in the clutter. Try to analyze your audience and their behavior to determine the best time to post.
Instagram Insights or other analytics tools can provide you with valuable information about your audience's behavior, including when they are most active on the platform. Use this information to experiment with posting at different times and track your engagement rates to see which times work best for your account.
It's also important to consider your time zone and the time zones of your audience. If you have a global audience, you may need to adjust your posting schedule to accommodate different time zones. You can use scheduling tools to post at the most optimal times for your audience, even if you're not available to post manually.
Instagram Ads are a way to promote your content, whether it's a personal account or a business. As mentionned earlier, Instagram has become a VERY popular platform, and it can be hard to stand out among the millions of users on the app. By using Instagram Ads, you can increase your reach and get your content seen by more people.
With Instagram Ads, you can choose who you want to see your content based on factors like age, gender, location, interests, and more. This way, you can target your audience more effectively and reach the people who are most likely to be interested in your content.
Instagram Ads also give you more options to customize your ads and make them more engaging. You can use videos, photos, carousels, and other formats to showcase your content and make it more visually appealing. You can use Instagram Ads to drive traffic to your website, promote sales or discounts, and increase brand awareness.
Instagram ads are too expensive? Look at our next tip!
It can be challenging to grow your account and engage with your audience consistently. One way to make this process easier is by automating certain tasks, such as Like, Follow or Watch Story.
Auto-liking is a feature that allows you to automatically like posts that fit certain criteria, such as hashtags or location. This can help you engage with other users in your niche and increase your visibility on the platform. By liking other users' posts, you're more likely to get noticed and gain new followers.
Auto-following is a feature that automatically follow users who fit certain criteria, such as those who follow similar accounts or use certain hashtags. By doing this, you increase your chances of getting followed back and gaining new followers.
Automating these tasks can save you a lot of time and effort. Instead of spending hours manually liking and following other users, you can set up automation tools to do it for you. This frees up your time to focus on creating high-quality content and engaging with your audience.
Suparise is the best way to automate your Instagram in 2023. It comes with a simple set of features, that lets you automatically like and follow without getting overwhelmed with complex parameters. Pick a few competitors, pick a few hashtags and let the app do the hard work for you everyday!
Regularly analyzing your performance on Instagram can help you identify what's working and what's not. Use Instagram Insights to track your follower growth, engagement, and other metrics. Use this data to adjust your strategy and improve your results.
Growing your Instagram and getting more followers takes a lot of time, effort and money. But with the right strategy, you can achieve great results.
Follow these expert tips! To sum up:

Suparise is an Instagram growth automation software that helps you grow your Instagram audience automatically and organically. We attract real and relevant users to your profile. Get more real followers, likes, comments, engagement, traffic and leads doing nothing.
Jarvee was a social media marketing solution that helped you automate your social media profile on various platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, Youtube and Pinterest. This app had a thorough panoply of features which covered about all of your social media needs: post scheduling, follow automation, like automation, unfollow automation, multi-account management, insights and more.
You may have heard: Jarvee is now Permanently Closed.
Here is what appears on their website since January 2023.
Whether you used to be a Jarvee user or have just discovered this name, you might be looking for a free Jarvee alternative in order to automate your Instagram account and get more followers.
In a nutshell: you won't find a good Instagram automation service that is totally free. Providing a good automation service requires the software developer to spend time building and updating, spend money on hosting, servers and communication to get new clients.
Instagram is the biggest communication channel for many individuals and businesses. Your Instagram profile is a precious tool. Therefore, you shouldn't want to look for a free low-quality automation service that could be harmful for your profile long-term.
We don't recommend using Jarvee free alternatives — unless you build your own Instagram bot with Jarvee open source alternatives such as Instapy, which will run locally on your computer. Although, instead of spending money, you'll be spending time & energy as this solution is more complex and requires technical skills.
We recommend that you opt for affordable and efficient Instagram growth softwares.
When Jarvee was around, Suparise was a good alternative to Jarvee.
Now that Jarvee is permanently closed, Suparise is the best alternative to Jarvee.
Regarding Growth, Jarvee and Suparise have the same performance. As you may know, Instagram has activity limits which prevents you from doing huge amounts of interactions. Any automation bot is limited by that and will therefore target an amount that is slightly below the limit, in order to avoid raising suspicion or getting action blocks.
Any Instagram service that announces you that they're 10x or 100x more powerful than Jarvee is plainly lying to you.
Regarding Features, Suparise is only focused on Instagram — whether Jarvee used to provide automation services for Youtube, Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Pinterest and Tumblr.
Is that a good thing? Probably.
About every time a social platform releases an update, developers need to re-code the app in order to provide an up-to-date automation service. If you need to monitor the recent updates of 7 social platforms, you potentially have 7 times more work to do. Unfortunately, but realistically, this can lead to some type of neglect.
Suparise provides a smaller and simpler set of features than Jarvee:
Regarding Usability, Suparise is much simpler to use than Jarvee and doesn't require much knowledge — almost none for single-account automation.
Jarvee was an impressive machine with many complex features. While it was a perfect fit for some users, that's not what most people are looking for. Most people look for a simple tool with a few parameters, which provides the same performance as a complex one.
That's exactly what Suparise is.
Here's the process:
The logic is very simple: the Instagram bot targets and attracts real Instagram users to your profile by interacting with them (following them, liking their posts or viewing their stories). When these interactions happen, users receive notifications and might check out your profile.
This leads to visits, brand awareness raised, new likes, new comments, new followers, new visits to your bio link, new leads, new sales and new clients.
Yes, Jarvee was an Instagram bot that helped you grow your Instagram account using the power of "botting" or automation. Suparise, like Jarvee, is an Instagram bot.
Jarvee is less safe than Suparise, as it gives you a lot of freedom regarding automation settings. If you don't have a lot of experience, Jarvee can be harmful for your account. Suparise has a limited amount of settings which provide a safer Instagram growth method: you cannot input settings that will result in your account getting banned.

]]>Instagram has become one of the biggest social media platforms. It continues to grow day after day, people are opening multiple accounts to manage their content for different audiences (professionnal, hobby, personal, friends, pets, side projects, .. ).

If you're not ready to leave these platforms because you depend on them too much, you might want to pay closer attention to your privacy and security settings. By default, a few settings you might want to get rid off are turned on. Also by default, Instagram pushes you to share some things that you, on second thought, might not want to share.
We've compiled a list of things you should pay attention to in order to get the most of Instagram's privacy settings. This article will be regularly updated to give you the latest info on how you can improve your privacy protection.
Here we go! Here is an outline of what we're going to cover:
The first thing you should pay attention to is your basic account security: password and authentification.
Make sure that your password is:
Two-factor authentication or 2FA is a security feature that adds an extra layer of security to a single password. It's a process that will require someone to provide 2 different factors of authentification to verify their identity — it makes it harder for anyone who's trying to hack your account.
There are different options:
In order to enable Two-factor authentication on Instagram, follow these steps:
Now that you've improved your basic security settings, let's dig in what you can do to improve the general privacy of your account
By default, your Instagram account is set to public, which means your profile, bio and posts can be seen by any Instagram user. Whether you're interested in using Instagram with your friends only, want to protect your children from being too visible online, or for any other reason: you might want to make an Instagram account private.
We've written an article about this: How to make Instagram Account Private
Here's the short version:
Remember that your basic profile info such as: Username, Name, Bio and Website will remain public even if you change your privacy settings or switch to a Private Profile — therefore it will visibile to anyone on the platform and outside the platform. Just make sure the information you put here isn't sensitive.
Go to your profile and tap Edit Profile to make changes.
By default, Instagram users see when was the last time you were active on Instagram. If you don't want to show when you're online, you can turn off your Activity Status on Instagram. It's quick and simple. Here's how to do it:
Unfortunately there isn't any way to completely turn off the Direct Messaging feature on Instagram, but you can limit Direct Messaging to the people you follow.
1. Go to your profile and open the menu at the top right corner
2. Go to Settings > Privacy > Messages
3. Tap the "Only People You Follow" button
Instagram users can tag you in their posts. Those posts can appear automatically or manually on your profile — by default: it's set to automatically. If you choose to add photos and videos manually, they'll be pending for approval. Once approved: they'll appear on your profile.
In order to manually select the photos and videos that can appear on your profile, follow these steps:
You can also control who can tag your profile on their Instagram posts.
You can also control who can mention you on their stories, comments, live videos and captions. When people try to mention you (using @yourname), they'll see whether or not you allow mentions.
Instagram can see your phone's contact list if you don't turn off Contacts Syncing. In order to turn off Contacts Syncing, follow these steps:
Now that you've edited your general Instagram settings (Security & Privacy), you'll need to pay attention to what information you're giving when you're posting. By default, Instagram & your phone might be giving out a bit too much.
Whether you don't want to show your Location, or want to hide your location from Instagram so that it doesn't tailor ads relevant to your location, here are a few things you can do.
By default, your mobile device might let apps have access to your location info. If you want to block location access from Instagram, so that it doesn't know where you are or were, you can do 2 things:
The easiest way would to search for "Location" in your phone settings. Every phone has its own way of sorting privacy settings, this will be quicker. Find something that looks like this:
Or follow these steps :
Iphone: Go to Settings > Privacy > Location Services and turn off the switch
Android: Go to Settings > Privacy > Location and turn off the Location Access switch
If you don't want to turn off location access everywhere on your phone, you can turn it off for Instagram specifically.
iPhone: Go to Settings > Apps > Instagram >Location and turn off the switch
Android: Go to Settings > Apps (Manage Apps) > Instagram > App permissions and turn off the Location switch
If you don't pay attention, you might be posting to other apps that you've linked to your Instagram without noticing it. Here's how to make sure you don't cross-post or share to other apps by mistake.
Go to your profile
During the posting you process, you can tell Instagram to "Also post to..." other apps. Make sure the switches under Also Post to are turned off:
You could also focus on Stories instead of Posts. Stories last 24 hours on Instagram and then disappears, unless you choose to feature them on your Instagram profile. If you don't want your content to be visible for too long, you could focus only on Stories.
If you don't want to rely on Instagram (or other social platforms) to remove EXIF data from your files for you before you upload them, you can do it manually.
What is "Image Metadata" or "EXIF data"?
Every Image file has some data embedded — whether the image is a picture taken with your phone, camera, scanner or created with a digital software such as Photoshop or Gimp. Images that are taken with a phone, camera or scanner contain EXIF data, that can include: camera type, date & time, GPS coordinates, author name, camera aperture/f-number/focal length... and even copyright information.
If you upload an image to Instagram, and download it afterwards: you'll notice that the EXIF data has been removed. So you could stop here, and consider that it's all good and you don't need to remove the data beforehand. Although, you can also consider that Instagram has stored somewhere this info during the upload process, even though it's not showing it publicly.
Removing EXIF data is a topic on its own, we'll let you find the right way for you to remove it. The method depends on whether you're using a macOS or Windows computer, an Android or iPhone, wanting to use an online EXIF data remover or a dedicated software installed on your computer.
From now on, you'll have more control over your Privacy settings. But your past posts might still be showing things you don't want to show. Have a look at your previous posts, open them and check the info. Feel free to edit or remove your past posts to update your Privacy standards.
Like most social platforms (unfortunately), Instagram runs on ads. They're called Sponsored posts or In-stream ads, and you can't get rid of them.
You can tell Instagram to stop showing specific topics in the ads you see. There aren't many topics you can tweak, but it's a start.
You can also tell Instagram to stop using data from partners to show you personalized ads. Haven't you noticed that when you're looking at T-shirts on a website (for instance), you then start seeing ads about t-shirts everywhere? That's because social media platforms share your data and activity with partners (history, behaviour, offline interactions, purchases, ...).
Here's how you turn off the "Use data from Partners" setting in your Instagram app.
Instagram often updates their app. Sometimes, you might not be comfortable with the new features that come up. Most people don't pay attention to updates and term updates, but if you want to make sure that you agree with everything's that added: remember to check regularly what are the new features and what privacy issues they might raise.
If you want to make sure your personal contacts aren't linked to the social media accounts you create: you can have a different phone a different phone number to use your social media accounts.
If you're fed up with Instagram in general, but aren't ready to permanently delete your Instagram account, you can temporarily disable your Instagram account to take a break. Your account, profile, photos, comments and likes will be hidden until you reactivate your account by logging back in.
If you're fed up with Instagram in general, whether you're too concerned with your privacy, overwhelmed by the overcrowdedness or potential toxicity — you might want to consider deleting your account and deleting the app. There are many alternatives to Instagram that you might enjoy using, alone or with your friends. Here are a few alternatives that you could check out:
We've tried to cover everything you need to know about Instagram Privacy settings. Instagram can be a great place to hang around and have fun on. It's important to pay attention to what you're sharing, who you're sharing with and who can interact with you.

By default, Instagram users will see when was the last time you were active on Instagram. You might want to be able to check your feed peacefully, send a few DMs, and not let people know that you were there.
If you don't want to show when you're online, you can turn off your Activity Status on Instagram. It's quick and simple. Here's how to do it:
3. Tap the menu icon in the top right
4. Tap "Settings"
5. Tap the "Privacy" item
6. Tap "Activity Status"
7. Turn off "Show Activity Status" to prevent people from seeing when you're online on Instagram
Done! This won't allow accounts you follow and anyone you message to see when you were last active on Instagram. Keep in mind that you won't be able to see when other users are or were online. Seems like a fair deal.
